Our next CCO Forum will be hosted by LeasePlan in Slough on Thursday June 3rd. Slough sounds so down market ( we didn't say it is down market!!) that one CCO has suggested we experience the world famous Fat Duck at Bray the night before. Unfortunately, Heston Blumenthal didn’t have enough room for us on that night, so we’ve arranged elegant private dining at the Stoke Park Hotel, whose restaurant is in Harpers & Queen’s Top 20 out-of-town restaurants guide.

For CCOF dinner on Wednesday 2nd June, we’ve taken the Ballroom at the Stoke Park Hotel so we can enjoy some great conversations. Our LimeBridge colleagues from Europe, Asia and the USA will be joining us for this - so a chance to hear international news and what’s going on in other CCOF around the world. 

Situated in the West Wing, this elegant room offers magnificent high ceilings with the finest ornate mouldings and cornices. A breathtaking open fire is the focal point of this silk panelled room, which offers exquisite views across the fountains and gardens landscaped by Humphrey Repton and ‘Capability’ Brown.

By Road from the M4 
Exit the M4 at junction 6 and take the A355 towards Slough then Beaconsfield. After 2.5 miles turn right at the double mini roundabout in Farnham Royal on to the B416 (Park Road). The entrance to Stoke Park is 1.25 miles on the right.

By Road from the M40 
Exit the M40 at junction 2 and take the A355 towards Slough. After 5 miles, turn left at the double mini roundabout in Farnham Royal on to the B416 (Park Road). The entrance to Stoke Park is 1.25 miles on the right.

By Air 
Nearest Airport: London Heathrow (7 miles).

By Rail 
Nearest Stations: Slough and Gerrards Cross.

The suggested agenda items for the 3rd June are:

• Best in the world. Some short soundbites from various international colleagues who will be joining this time from around LimeBridge countries. Who do they see as best in their countries and why.

• The profession of customer experience. What is the skill set required by a customer experience professional at senior and junior level.

• What drives you personally? What drives the passions of the CCOs, what can you tap into from your colleagues?

• 2 case studies by CCOs - the sessions in Silverstone worked extremely well but more time was needed to explore the great work CCOs are doing

• The CEO slot - we're looking into 2 suggestions around a) sustaining success on the back of "recession-proof" propositions in the upturn and b) entrepreneurial success in large scale businesses.
